Ingredients:
  • 1 Organic Banana (about 7-8 inches)
  • 3 Cups of Water
  • Pinch of cinnamon

How to do it:
  • Wash the banana skin and cut off the top and bottom.
  • Boil the 3 cups of water.
  • Once boiled you can put the banana for about 10 minutes.
  • After, cool the tea for about ten minutes and drink it.
  • (Optional) you can add pinch of cinnamon for aroma and also eat the banana with the skin on.
  • It is best to take the tea before bedtime to see results.
